First of all...

...thank you for thinking about getting in touch!

I really enjoy getting mail from people who have found the website.  I get so many lovely comments; it really makes me feel like this venture is worthwhile.  Please remember though, that as the site has been online for such a long time, I truly get a lot of mail.

I sometimes struggle to respond, and for that I apologise.  But I assure you.  I read and keep every single message - and if I can respond - I will!  You can contact me at sitemaster@cardiffians.co.uk

Things I cannot help with.

As much as I love getting e-mails from visitors to my website, I do get a lot of questions too.

Many of these questions require a lot of research to answer, which would mean spending a huge amount of time in libraries and records offices.   I just don't have the capacity to do this.  Please note that I work full time and have a lot of other commitments.  As a result, I am sorry but I cannot help you with queries relating to:

• Ancestry / Family History / Genealogy
• Guides / Tours
• Interviews / Talks

Spotted an error?

I really appreciate it when people spot mistakes, be they typos, wrong dates, factual errors, spelling mistakes, etc.  So by all means - please get in touch if you spot something!
